One of the most common problems I encounter is students feeling they should be practising more Yoga outside of class than they actually achieve.
It has been proven that 12 minutes daily yoga practise can relieve stress
And aid bone health
So I encourage my students to think small in their approach to a home practise which ultimately can lead to a more achievable result
