What have I learned about myself by doing yoga? I have leaned that conscious breathing during yoga really helps to calm the mind. I feel wonderful after my own practice and I want to share this with people. Yoga is a journey of self discovery- you learn what to avoid, what feels good for you and what needs working on. Yoga is very personal- we’re all very different and our body’s are unique. One size does not fit all- we do what feels good with no pain or major discomfort.
