With the weight of the body supported, students learn how to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort, enhancing a relaxed and peaceful state of mind as well. Description / Notes: Lotus Yoga dynamic flow is a creative vinyasa flow yoga. Lotus yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. It combines breath and movement together creating a seamless flow of postures to re-align the spine and open the body. This form of yoga is very safe providing you listen to your body. This in itself may take some practice. You will learn to know when you body is out of balance or when you are pushing it too far, therefore modifying your postures whenever necessary. There may also be focus on breathing techniques that effect our entire physical system. Be prepared to sweat. This system builds strength, stamina and flexibility. Beginners may want to start with a 45min to 1 hour class and then try the more challenging 1.5 hr classes. However please contact us if you are not sure.Teacher Info
