Gentle And Therapeutic
Description / Notes: This class is particularly suitable for those who wish to have just a gentle stretch in order to maintain flexibility and well being. The pace is slow and restful, each student working within their comfortable range of movement. Yoga is therapeutic if you are dealing with ill health, or reduced mobility. The stretches and breathing will encourage better circulation and the session is designed to keep you moving, and maybe even improve your well being.
