Pregnancy Yoga
Description / Notes: Yoga is safe space for a mum-to-be to focus on both body and mind. Breathing techniques are taught to help calm and focus the mind whilst the poses help to strengthen the body. Both of these can be beneficial in pregnancy and labour. It is also a great place to meet and form friendships with other mums-to-be. I offer modifications to make poses accessible for beginners as well as variations to challenge more experienced students to their heart’s content! Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic form of Hatha yoga. Poses flow from one to the next, in tune with the breath. You will develop endurance and flexibility, discovering parts of your body you didn’t even know existed!
