Join our fascinating course! - every 6 weeks This unique course consists of slow graceful movements, healing sounds, balancing and breathing techniques, mantra invocation and meditation; as well as reference to sacred yogic texts. The class lasts 75 minutes and at least 25- 30 minutes is dedicated to meditation. This session is designed to release physical and mental tension, instil deep relaxation in the body for recovery and repair, promote calmness and sound sleep. We will explore the science behind meditation and begin to adopt basic meditation techniques. This is the class for our expansion, raising vibration and polishing our vision and clearing of the mind; and healing. ~Suitable for ALL ages!
