Yoga Dundee concentrates on introducing students to the dynamic and flowing practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa (Primary Series) to the Dundee area. In addition to adult classes, Yoga Dundee offer children\'s classes during term time primarily within schools. Yoga for pregnancy coming in August 2009.
