I am a qualified, fully insured Hatha Yoga teacher. I started teaching yoga to children aged 3-7yrs in schools in and around the West Midlands/Staffordshire area in 2005, it was so popular with the teachers, I extended it to adults too! Yoga is not just a practice but a science of living helping the individual cope with the stresses of modern life. Regular practice will help you become fitter, mentally more alert, calmer and more confident about your whole life. It is non-competitive and is adaptable to the needs of each individual.
