Antara Yoga offers various styles of yoga for the beginner, intermediate and advanced student of any age. Styles offered are as follows: Hot Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Antenatal & Postnatal. These classes are offered to individuals on a one to one basis, small groups, school clubs, corporate events and regular classes at yoga centres. Toni teaches throughout Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Shoreham- By-Sea, East and West Sussex and the London area and will cover surrounding areas upon request.
