Profile

Rachael holds weekly classes, and travels around teaching one to one Yoga for individual needs, which can include anything from backpain to a neurological disorder such as MS, to supporting emotional wellbeing. She teaches traditional Hatha Yoga with influences from body healing therapies such as Feldenkrais and Thomas Hannah Somatics. Her classes promote mindfulness for mental wellbeing. And she teaches Restorative Yoga - a deeply restful practice suitable for exhausted people and sufferers of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
