    (Relaxed Birth and Parenting)

    Description / Notes: Yoga based exercises founded on active birth with breath work and relaxation. An opportunity to meet other mums to be in a friendly informal environment. Topics will be taught as part of the weekly classes. Yoga mats will be provided, it is recommended students bring a pillow and blanket to the class.
