Profile

I taught aerobics and step for many years and then I had a terrible accident in hospital which left me paralysed in my left leg. I started practising yoga in 2001 after my accident and with in 3 months I was able to walk unaided. Yoga was my inspiration I was so taken by yoga I decided to teach and have been doing so for 5 years I gained my BWY Teaching Diploma in 2008 with Derek Thorne and have been teaching 6-7 classes a week as well as taking yoga into schools, and 1 to 1\'s. I vary my classes to suit my students needs, and over time have adjusted the style of my classes.
