Profile
With 20 years teaching experience, I am a Specialist in Yoga with relation to the nervous system. I teach Yoga from this point of view and work extensively on a one on one basis with those suffering from mental health issues, autism, adhd, Parkinson disease, dementia and other neurological difficulties. My general classes are Hatha yoga but plenty of what I know tends to find it's way to the mat. I work with Babies for proper development through to old age for up keeping of neuro-pathways for life. I have classes for children needing classroom readiness skills and those suffering from deep anxiety. I am trauma informed and can work from my own space or yours or within general class.
