My teaching is influenced by my Hatha training with the British Wheel and by my interest in mindfulness. This subtle approach allows space for us to really feel the postures from moment to moment. Practicing the Yoga postures and breathing exercises in this way not only strengthens and tones the body, but improves the flow of energy - regulating the body and breath, and bringing stillness to the mind. Complte beginners are especially welcome, as well as students with real experience. VENUE Friends meeting house, 18 Dundonald Drive, Leigh on sea. (Just off Leigh Road). All classes are kept small & friendly (maximum 13 students) and take place in a warm, quiet and carpeted room. CLASS TIMES (All classes run throughout summer holidays but not Bank holiday Mondays) Monday evenings at 6.15pm - 7.15pm Monday evenings at 7.30pm - 8.30pm Tuesday mornings 10am -11.15am (yoga & mindfulness) Tuesday mornings 11.30am -12.45pm (yoga & mindfulness) Wednesday mornings at 10.30 - 11.15am (yoga & mindfulness) Wednesday evenings at 6.15pm - 7.15pm Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm - 8.30pm Saturday and Sunday yoga and mindfulness (monthly) sessions
