Description / Notes: 6 week Yoga course for complete beginners. ou will begin the fascinating journey of self discovery and introduce your being to the practice of yoga. You will learn fundamental principles of postures, breathing, relaxation and experience their effects on your wellbeing. You will awaken your spine, muscles, tendons, ligaments, begin to adopt correct posture, strengthen your body, learn to breathe and relax properly and learn techniques to reduce stress. This course offers you basic understanding of hatha yoga practice and prepares you for a variety of classes and styles available. There are no goals to achieve and perfection to strive for. Instead, we invite you to be open minded, playful and explore for yourself the freedom that comes with moving beyond your boundaries, whether they are physical or mental. You are encouraged to attend all 6 classes of this course, as we are unable to offer refunds for missed classes. Map

Description / Notes: If you prefer more physically stimulating, dynamic yoga, your will enjoy this class. Vinyasa means to move with the breath. The poses flow seamlessly from one to another, synchronised with breathing, creating heat in the body for purification. Energetic class artfully combining vinyasa flow with other yoga styles and practices (ashtanga vinyasa, power yoga, kundalini, variety of breathing practices, meditation, relaxation) - to detoxify, lose unwanted weight, sculpt and tone the body, still the mind, gain physical and mental strength, explore freedom of physical and energetic expression and then plunge into deep relaxation to seal the deal to nourish the whole being. Description / Notes: You will learn various breathing techniques (pranayama), variations of Sun Salutations, fine tune postures learned in the beginners course and learn new postures (asanas). This class builds strength, alignment, balance, long lean muscle and improves concentration. You will learn energetic locks (bandhas), (mudras) energy seals or guides that send reflexes to the brain. Description / Notes: Meditation, Science & Pranayama - 6 weeks course. Join our fascinating course! - every 6 weeks This unique course consists of slow graceful movements, healing sounds, balancing and breathing techniques, mantra invocation and meditation; as well as reference to sacred yogic texts. The class lasts 75 minutes and at least 25- 30 minutes is dedicated to meditation. This session is designed to release physical and mental tension, instil deep relaxation in the body for recovery and repair, promote calmness and sound sleep. We will explore the science behind meditation and begin to adopt basic meditation techniques. This is the class for our expansion, raising vibration and polishing our vision and clearing of the mind; and healing. ~Suitable for ALL ages! Our rich syllabus includes: mantra concentration meditation, mindfulness meditation, gong sacred sound meditation, natural letting go meditation, yoga nidra (deep yogic sleep meditation), techniques for balancing the right and left brain hemisphere, techniques to raise vibration, breathing techniques which help to prepare for meditation as well as learning about science, and mysticism of ancient yoga. Learn more advanced breathing techniques (pranayama) and fine tunes asanas (postures) and use of bandhas (energetic locks). Sessions are ended with a deep relaxation or meditation. These classes are creative, energetic, dynamic and fairly challenging. You dont have to be an intermediate/advanced practitioner to come along!!
