Yoga Flower is an organically grown west Essex based teaching practice run by Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher Karen Howells and provides private 1:1 classes as well as drop in group classes, workshops and courses in Loughton and the surrounding areas. The essence of Yoga Flower is to specialize in working around the individual needs, ability and availability of the student so that anyone can find the time to discover, nurture and grow their practice. Private 1:1s are held in the comfort of your own home and all equipment can be provided.
