Yoga is a journey of recovery from life and the coping mechanisms we have developed to deal with challenges. Sessions will guide you home to yourself. To a place where you can feel safe and see an issue(s). On the way you will refine awareness and acceptance. New ways of being, thinking and responding to life can develop. You will be less restricted by your history and conditioning.
