Profile

I have been practicing yoga regularly since 1996 and trained as a teacher with YogaLondon in 2011. I have practiced various yoga styles over the years, mainly Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. I love Vinyasa Flow for its movement, freedom and attention to breath. I also regularly practice Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Nidra. I regularly attend Yoga and meditation workshops with respected teachers to further my understanding of yoga and to pass this on to my students.
