Profile

I teach a dynamic kind of hatha yoga that connects postures closely with the breath, encourages good alignment and develops physical and mental strength as well as flexibility. I introduce yoga postures step-by-step, and suggest a number of variations that make the practice either easier or more challenging. The physical practice is closely linked in with relevant aspects of yoga teachings and philosophy.
