Isabel is an experienced Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher: the only yoga teacher in Nottinghamshire who holds this level of certification: co-director of Award Winning Iyengar Yoga Studio West Bridgford with Geoffrey Fielding who is a registered Osteopath, and qualified Iyengar Yoga Intermediate Level teacher. Iyengar yoga Studio West Bridgford is a beautiful, dedicated Iyengar Yoga studio, opposite Bridgford Park, hand built and architect designed by yogis and artists. The studio's iconic round window looking out over Bridgford Park has become a local landmark. Dedicated to Iyengar Yoga as teachers and practitioners, Isabel is also a professional singer and composer working from the studio
