Profile

I have been practising yoga for 6 years, and have been lucky enough to study with some great teachers in the UK, Mexico, Thailand and South Korea. Over the years I have practised a variety of yogic styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and use elements of each in my classes depending upon the needs of the individuals present. I completed my teacher training at the Chi Yoga Centre in Glasgow studying Seasonal Yoga. I have a passion for travel, alternative medicine, human and environmental rights. I believe that yoga will be a great benefit for everyone and that everyone will get something from practising it. Coming from a background as a massage therapist I aim to work with your body to increase mobility, flexibility and strength to improve your quality of life. I am particularly interested in how we all hold trauma, emotions and stress within the body and how yoga can be used as a tool to release these bringing our bodies and minds back into harmony.
