Description / Notes: Particular attention paid to observing posture and moving between postures with awareness. Postures repeated and held, with assistance given where necessary. Lovely venue - large upstairs room, warm, clean and quiet - and plenty space for up to 20 students (current numbers run at around 10-15 per class, so very comfortable). Experienced, compassionate teacher. Focus on total relaxation during yoga nidra practice.

Description / Notes: Tough Love Yoga is a sequenced class that uses a traditional surya namaskara routine as a warm up then follows a flowing series of standing postures with vinyasa options, a series of strengthening seated poses, forward bends, back bends, rotations for the spine and inversions, and ends with Yoga Nidra followed by a few minutes of Zazen. Please bring a mat!
