I am a Hatha Yoga teacher. I have been teaching yoga for the last two years to groups and 1-2-1 students. My teaching is based on the knowledge of the body and the intuition. Working with the settling of the mind and allowing the body to take you. I work with people with conditions and see how yoga helps them in their daily life and with their conditions.
