With 15 years of practising Yoga it was finally time to start teaching yoga. I first met Anne-Marie Newman founder of Sunpower Yoga in 2008 and have been lucky enough to do my Yoga teacher training with her. Sun Power Yoga is coming to Pembrokeshire.
