Yoga has enriched all aspects of my life: it has made me healthier, happier, stronger, calmer, wiser and more peaceful. I am over 50 years old, yet I feel younger and have more vitality than ever before. I would like you to also achieve all this and much, much more! Which is why In 2012 I quit my highly successful career in Information Technology that spanned over 23 years to teach yoga full-time. Prior to that I conducted research in Physics at Imperial College, from where I was awarded a PhD for my contributions to the field of Laser Spectroscopy.
