Profile

I have practiced Yoga for over twenty years trying many different styles and approaches. My training was based on the ideas of Vanda Scaravelli which emphasised the breath, the spine and gravity or grounding. It is a gentle and attentive - even meditative - approach to movement. I have also tried different forms of meditation also over the years from Buddhist practices to Raja Yoga. I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and am completing an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy.
