For me yoga can be anything that gives you a sense of unity, helps you better connect with yourself and helps you remember who you are. It’s not about how flexible you are or how long you can hold a pose – only go as far as you can go and this can vary from day to day. I encourage you to listen to your body and work with how your body feels in each moment, rather than imposing practices and expectations on yourself. Be forgiving with your body and your mind. Come out of the pose when your body tells you to. Everyday life is already stressful enough and I’d like to give you the space you need. The class is a dialogue with the body, rather than a string of commands. My classes are small so you are given the personal attention you need and deserve. I want you to return to your everyday life renewed and relaxed.
