Profile

I have attended regular Iyengar yoga classes since 1994 and have been teaching since 2009. I am passionate about Iyengar yoga and it has made a huge difference in my life as I used to suffer from lower back pain all the time. Iyengar yoga is a very precise, strong form of yoga. It uses relevant props where necessary enabling a strengthening of the body while protecting the body from injury. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
