Practicing with an open heart, kind intentions, presence, and mindfulness. I love yoga, and I teach the yoga I love, a slow vinyasa flow to open and strengthen the body, mind, and heart. Through the practice of linking breath with movement we can move our attention inward and be mindful. And by increasing strength and flexibility we are better able to live present, healthy, balanced lives. I teach a slow vinyasa flow, focusing on helping you find your own personal alignment. I believe every body is different, and we all have individual experiences on the mat. I offer hands-on adjustments, modifications, and props to allow you to go as deeply or lightly into each pose as feels good. There will always be options, whether you want to go gently, or you want to play your edge.
