Profile

For the past 12 years I have practised various styles of yoga (such as Ashtanga, Hatha and Iyengar) and can attest to its wonderful balancing and healing benefits. During this time I also attended various yoga retreats and workshops including The Art of Living part 1 with Pramilla Vassen and Advaita Vendanta with John Weddepohl. I completed a 200-hour teacher training with Brenda Louw at Chill Out Yoga in Scotland which complements Massage Therapy as well as promoting overall health and wellbeing.
