Profile

I have been practising Yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 13 years. I believe a good Yoga class needs to be a mix of flexibility and strength training with lots of stress relief built in and overall for people to have fun and enjoy the session! I include posture work, breathing techniques, meditation, chanting and relaxation. My inspiration is a style called Viniyoga that places emphasise on making sure individual needs are met, therefore my classes are suitable for all levels of student. Come along and enjoy!
