Profile

I began practicing yoga as a teenager and over the years have come to appreciate not only the physical aspects of yoga but the vast volume of philosophy at the heart of this path. I have a holistic approach to yoga, incorporating asana, meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy into my teachings. Having done my teacher training in Power Yoga with Stewart Gilchrist, I like to think my classes are challenging yet rewarding. Teaching pregnancy and postnatal yoga allows me to tap into the more feminine, yin qualities of yoga - creating a beautiful, nurturing space for women and their babies.
