Profile

I have been teaching yoga since 2007 and am constantly in awe of the number of ways in which it is still relevant today after developing in India thousands of years ago. I believe that Yoga is for everyone. We do not need to be flexible to do it - it will help us become not only more flexible but stronger, more balanced, better able to concentrate and focus, and more able to deal with the ups and downs of life. It can increase the performance of runners, reduce injuries and stress and help promote better sleep. Our health and well-being improves overall so we get more out of life and enjoy our free-time more. My classes include lots of variety from a basis of Hatha yoga - mostly physical practice, some breathing practices and short meditations with a focus on how what we do in class helps our day to day lives.
