Welcome, my name is Gloria Jennings and I hope you find all the information you need here � if not give me a call or message me. Yoga is one of the loves of my life. Four years ago, before I started yoga, I was seriously overweight and suffering with join pain and high blood pressure. After finding yoga and practicing it regularly, I gained enormous health benefits from yoga. Today I feel fitter and younger with little pain or stiffness in my joints and no longer take any form of medication. From these small beginnings I developed a passion for Yoga which has led to my 200 hr training with The Yoga Alliance to become a qualified Yoga teacher. I have practiced Ashtanga Yoga for 3 years and my training is in Hatha Yoga the foundation of most Yoga. The most wonderful thing about Yoga is that it can be modified and adapted to suit every individual person who turns up for class. Because Yoga helped to restore my own health, I love sharing what I�ve learned with students about how Yoga works in harmony with the anatomy and physiology of the body allowing you to breathe your way to health. My yoga is mixture of traditional Hatha Yoga poses with some more slightly challenging flowing sequences. I like to make classes fun and friendly, allowing everyone to work to their own level, respecting the limitations they have today while working towards improving their strength and health for tomorrow.
