Scaravelli Inspired Hatha Yoga Classes suitable for all levels of fitness. We work diligently to build strength, develop flexiblity and unwind tension in a friendly atmosphere. I have more than 12 years international teaching experience with Yoga Alliance certification. I have practiced many forms of yoga, including: Astanga, Kundalini and Iyengar. I have trained with renown teachers in the UK and India.
