I have been practising yoga for some 20 years and have both experienced and witnessed the benefits it can bring on all levels. I\'m also a qualified bodywork therapist, and have a good sound knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology. My classes flex for the people present, with variations to suit all levels. They are mindful and incorporate breath work throughout so as to release deeper tensions and access the bodies innate ability to relax and restore.
