Penny has been a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for 8 years and loves the energy and atmosphere that exercising as part of a group can provide. Since becoming a mother she has directed her focus on more energising and restorative forms of exercise and has found that her own daily Yoga practice has helped her recover and rebuild strength. She specialises in Pre and Post Natal exercise, nutrition as well as Disease and Lifestyle management. Penny practices Vinyasa flow Yoga, and likes to focus on the benefits of asanas as well as pranayama.
