Ally has been teaching Iyengar yoga for over 10 years. Having studied with the Iyengar family in Pune, India on several occasions, as well as in the UK, Ally also co-owned the Sarva Iyengar Yoga Institute in High Wycombe for 12 years. Ally\'s teaching is inclusive and accommodates any level of experience, from beginners to more advanced students. Ally\'s classes provide a supportive and enjoyable environment, which encourages her students to develop.
