Denise Murray. RYT200, YBT. I have been practicing Yoga for over ten years and decided to follow my heart a train as a yoga teacher in India early 2013. I have been teaching adults since and also recently qulaified to teach Yoga to children. Opened Lams Yoga Studio in September 2014. Various yoga classes available for both children and adults. Also Yoga and Meditation Workshops
