Profile

I am a fully qualified Level 3 Sun Power Yoga Instructor. I graduated in 2013 after training under the guidance of Anne-Marie Newland, the founder of Sun Power Yoga. I have practiced Yoga for 17 years and have reached an advanced level. As a teacher, I lead a strong and dynamic class providing variations and modifications for all postures and movements which means that my classes are inclusive and I tend to have a range of people with different abilities. I like to pay particular attention to the core muscles, including pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as building strength in the upper body.
