I believe Yoga is for everyone. Every shape, every size, any age. I teach and adapt my gentle flow style of yoga to accommodate all. You don\'t have to be flexible to start doing Yoga. This is a myth - Yoga is suitable for everyone at any level there are always options and modifications to suit individuals. However over time as you practice yoga you will become more flexible as your body responds to the challenge of certain poses. Regular practice of yoga will improve both your health, life and general fitness. It is the perfect compliment to any other physical activities like cycling, running, tennis, golf, dance or weightlighting. It will improve your game and performance, relieve aches and pains from stiff joints as well as promote detoxification and good digestion. Yoga is not just for women - and it\'s not a soft option. Yoga uses the weight of your own body to build muscle mass and strength. The results are well-worked muscle groups, which get stronger with each class. it\'s a rewarding form of exercise that can change your life.
