Profile

I have been teaching yoga for over 25 years. My approach is mainly Iyengar based but I have studied with and been influenced by many great teachers. My teaching takes into consideration the needs of the individual drawing on Ayurvedic principles and the energy and physical condition of each participant. The practice relies on attention to good alignment in the postures, energy enhancement, working with the breath to enable a calm and peaceful state from which meditation follows.
