I am a yoga teacher working in and around Twyford, Berkshire, and registered with Yoga Alliance UK. I studied with Ruth White at her Karuna Yoga school and have been a RYT500 qualified teacher since 2013 I like to swim and often walk and cycle, and I love attending yoga classes and workshops with other teachers. My classes are small and friendly. They enable you to build strength and flexibility, improve your posture and leave with a relaxed feeling of wellbeing.
