You'll explore both sequences and static postures as classes are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Movements and repetitions are also involved to strengthen your body and stabilize areas such as: the shoulders, hips, core and back. ​ The combination gives a fluid, strong and energizing practice, whilst taking the time to break down challenging postures. ​ Light music is also the soundtrack to our practice; you'll find yourself humming to Jack Johnson, shaking your hips to Cuban music and chilling out to Cafe del Mar. We also use blocks, straps, walls and the occasional partner work. ​ Towards the end of the class, we wind down with seated postures and a blissful Savasana (relaxation time) - all to make you ready to take on the world.
