Alexandra (Shasha) begun her yoga journey in the early 90s, exploring Hatha, Astanga, Iyengar to eventually find & love Restorative Yoga (Yin) inspired by Vanda Scaravelli (Dancer's Yoga). Her classes are small & intimate with a focus on less being more. Gentle vinyasa flow sequences to ease the body & mind into asanas culminating with a deep relaxation & meditation
