Profile
I teach a traditional Yoga class with emphasis on strength and flexibility. Beginning with a warm-up and Pranayama (breathing) we progress through the asanas (postures) from seated positions to standing and balancing, focusing on alignment and concentration, followed by a guided relaxation. Apart from the general yoga classes, suitable for everyone, I am particularly interested in helping people with arthritis. I practise meditation and give free advice on this.
