Sunshine and Light provides yoga classes for adults, kids and teens. My name is Claudine and I have been practising yoga for the last 17 years. All my classes involve relaxation, breathing exercises, meditation and visualisation to promote a relaxed mind and body. Postures are flowing, aiding to stretch out the body, improve strength and flexibility, as well as general fitness and health.
