My qualifications were gained in India and Thailand and include RYS 200hr Teacher Training and Kavya of Hatha Yoga Certificate. I am insured and registered with Yoga Alliance UK.

I provide private multi style yoga lessons for all ages from complete beginner to intermediate levels in and around Newark areas. Learn yoga in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. I offer a free 15 minute consultation and taster session in which I will assess your health and lifestyle to create an individual lesson plan that is completely personal to your needs. Beat stress, sooth aches and pains, recover from injuries, fight depression or just simply improve general health and well being. Call, text or email to book a time and I will come to you.1 hour lessons are £17 or book a course of 5 at a discounted rate of £80. All equipment is provided. I have 2 years experience teaching and 7 years experience self practice.
