Yoga is your 'Me Time'. Your time on the mat to breathe, connect to your body and most importantly... to feel good! My classes involve guided relaxation and breathing exercises followed by Hatha Vinyasa to develop flexibility & strength. Hatha Vinyasa includes energising sequences, rejuvenating twists, held stretches & balance poses to provide you a sense of uplift and a feeling of inner peace & wholesomeness. I am teaching in Coulsdon and run weekly classes, monthly events and Beginners Courses. I also offer private 1 on 1 sessions.
