Profile

I have practised Yoga for over 35 years and teaching experience includes Yoga in healthcare, community/socialcare settings and in education. A strong background as a Laban based Movement Practitiioner influences Yoga practice in class. Yoga classes with you in mind, are accessible and welcoming. Please call/text if you would like to begin or deepen your Yoga practise.
